Online store management
Timastra Commerce: Terms
Updated
Read or download the October 4, 2026 legal documents. The dated archive preserves this release; your order or acceptance record identifies the documents that apply to you.
The merchant of record named in your checkout and receipt sells the software subscription or license and handles payment, sales tax and approved refunds. For a Paddle purchase, Paddle's buyer terms apply. If your checkout uses Creem or Dodo Payments, that provider's buyer terms apply instead. Timastra LLC supplies and supports the software. See payment providers and buyer terms for the applicable links.
Scope
Timastra Commerce is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms describe its permitted use. The customer service agreement you accept at signup or checkout sets the service terms, and these product terms form part of it. The website terms cover timastra.com.
Permitted use
Merchants managing international online stores and the shoppers who buy from them. Operate storefronts, fulfill orders, coordinate delivery and payment status across markets, reconcile cash on delivery where supported, support merchants and handle privacy requests.
Responsible use and limitations
The merchant shown on an order or receipt sells the goods and handles delivery, returns and refunds. Timastra provides the store software.
Only provide records and connect systems you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to access another organization's information without permission.
Your service agreement
You contract with Timastra LLC under the customer service agreement. It sets out eligibility, permitted use, customer data responsibilities, intellectual property, availability and support, termination, liability, disputes and applicable law. Where we process personal data for you, the data processing agreement forms part of it. A separately signed order or agreement takes precedence where it says so.
Billing and closure
Merchant software subscriptions are distinct from shoppers' orders. Shopper orders are currently paid by cash on delivery. The selling merchant is responsible for its delivery, return, refund and cancellation terms. The Timastra plan price covers store software only.
For purchases made through Paddle checkout, the Paddle entity named in your checkout and receipt is the merchant of record and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. See who sells the software.
Commerce removes shopper contact and address details and redacts them from orders when an erasure request is approved. Sales records are preserved. Merchant accounts and whole stores have a different scope; identify the store and whether your request concerns a purchase or merchant access.
