Timastra Collect: Terms
Updated
Read or download the October 4, 2026 legal documents. The dated archive preserves this release; your order or acceptance record identifies the documents that apply to you.
The merchant of record named in your checkout and receipt sells the software subscription or license and handles payment, sales tax and approved refunds. For a Paddle purchase, Paddle's buyer terms apply. If your checkout uses Creem or Dodo Payments, that provider's buyer terms apply instead. Timastra LLC supplies and supports the software. See payment providers and buyer terms for the applicable links.
Scope
Timastra Collect is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms describe its permitted use. The customer service agreement you accept at signup or checkout sets the service terms, and these product terms form part of it. The website terms cover timastra.com.
Permitted use
Finance and collections teams managing business receivables. Organize receivables, forecast cash availability, prioritize collection work, communicate about invoices, reconcile payments, and administer workspace access.
Responsible use and limitations
Use forecasts and collection priorities to plan follow-ups. Results depend on your records and customer payments; they are not financial advice or a guarantee of payment. Connect only accounts and mailboxes you are authorized to use.
Only provide records and connect systems you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to access another organization's information without permission.
Your service agreement
You contract with Timastra LLC under the customer service agreement. It sets out eligibility, permitted use, customer data responsibilities, intellectual property, availability and support, termination, liability, disputes and applicable law. Where we process personal data for you, the data processing agreement forms part of it. A separately signed order or agreement takes precedence where it says so.
Billing and closure
The software subscription is separate from payments against customer invoices. Live payments against customer invoices are not offered. The software plan does not include outsourced collections, lending, custody of customer funds or investment advice. Use the product's available signup or enquiry path to arrange access. This website does not process invoice payments.
For purchases made through Paddle checkout, the Paddle entity named in your checkout and receipt is the merchant of record and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. See who sells the software.
Closing a whole workspace is different from removing a member or deleting a customer's personal information. Workspace export and deletion are available through the service process. Identify the organization and requested scope so support can review financial records, connected services and backups together.
