Request account or data deletion
Email support@timastra.com. You can send a request without signing in or installing the product.
This page adds Timastra Inventory details to the main account and data deletion page, which explains the full request process.
- Identify Timastra Inventory and the organization, store or engagement concerned, if any.
- State whether you want personal information, a login account, or an entire workspace reviewed for deletion.
- Where possible, write from the associated email address. Do not attach credentials or sensitive source records.
What the request covers
Removing a member is different from closing a whole workspace. Archiving or suspending a workspace is not immediate deletion: archived organizations can be scheduled for later removal. Ask support to review personal information and workspace records separately.
Information that may remain
Archived workspaces remain until their retention period ends. Stock, accounting, attachment and audit records may require different retention periods, and backup copies follow separate schedules, documented holds and the expiry stated in the deletion response. Before uploading workspace data, request the applicable processing and retention schedule. It must identify the export or return window when service ends, the live-data removal date, the expiry of each backup, recovery and operator copy, and any retained category's purpose, authority and review or expiry date. A backup rotation or subscription cancellation alone does not establish those deadlines. The customer chooses return or deletion at the end of the service, subject to documented legal retention obligations; recovery must reconcile completed deletion requests before records are used again.
What happens next
After you email us, support verifies the request and explains what can be removed, the expected timing and any records that need to remain.
Subscriptions and refunds
Deleting an app or requesting data deletion is not itself a cancellation or refund. Tell support if you also want help with a charge. For purchases billed by an app store, use that store's subscription and refund controls.
