For a Paddle purchase, Paddle's buyer terms apply. If your checkout uses Creem or Dodo Payments, that provider's buyer terms apply instead. Timastra LLC supplies and supports the software. On this page Scope [#terms-scope] Permitted use [#terms-permitted-use] Responsible use and limitations [#terms-responsible-use] Your licence and order [#terms-service-agreement] Billing and closure [#terms-billing] Scope Timastra Schedule is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms describe its permitted use. The desktop software is governed by its licence and the order you accept. The hosted workspace provisions of the customer service agreement do not govern files kept on your computers. The website terms [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/terms.html] cover timastra.com. Permitted use School administrators building timetables, cover schedules, duty rosters and exam plans on their own computers. Generate and adjust school timetables, check conflicts, plan cover and exams, and produce exports for staff. Responsible use and limitations Protect devices and backups that hold staff or student information. Share timetable exports with the intended recipients and check the timetable before publishing. Only provide records and connect systems you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to access another organization's information without permission. Your licence and order The licence terms and accepted order set the desktop software rights, limits, billing and refund terms. An order may expressly incorporate the customer service agreement [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/service-agreement.html] for a hosted purchase account, licence delivery or billing administration. That incorporation does not replace the desktop licence or make local files hosted workspace data. Timastra handles purchase and support records under the website and account privacy policy [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/privacy.html]; the workspace data processing agreement [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/dpa.html] does not apply to your local desktop files. A separately agreed order or agreement takes precedence where it expressly says so. Billing and closure This is an offline desktop license for one school, valid for 12 months from issue and renewed manually. The price includes available updates and email support during that term. At expiry, free-tier limits apply to adding records; existing records remain editable, printable and publishable. The desktop license does not renew automatically. Schedule Online is a separate yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Schedule Online is a separate hosted subscription: see its privacy [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/products-schedule-online-privacy.html], terms [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/products-schedule-online-terms.html], billing and renewal [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/products-schedule-online-billing.html] and data deletion [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/products-schedule-online-delete-account.html] information. For purchases made through Paddle checkout, the Paddle entity named in your checkout and receipt is the merchant of record and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. See who sells the software [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/payments.html#who-sells]. The desktop app has no hosted account to close. School records, backups and exports are managed on your computer; Timastra cannot remotely erase them. Data synced to Schedule Online is held by Timastra and can be deleted on request. Ask support for version-specific removal guidance before deleting files. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily remove its data or backups.
