The merchant of record named in your checkout and receipt sells the software subscription or license and handles payment, sales tax and approved refunds. For a Paddle purchase, Paddle's buyer terms apply. If your checkout uses Creem or Dodo Payments, that provider's buyer terms apply instead. Timastra LLC supplies and supports the software. Scope

Timastra Inventory is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms describe its permitted use. The customer service agreement [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/service-agreement.html] you accept at signup or checkout sets the service terms, and these product terms form part of it. The website terms [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/terms.html] cover timastra.com.

Permitted use

Warehouse, purchasing and fulfillment teams working across multiple locations. Maintain stock records, control purchasing and fulfillment, reconcile movements, forecast replenishment, and provide permission-aware reporting.

Responsible use and limitations

Keep stock records current, check physical quantities when making stock decisions, and give warehouse access and exports only to authorized staff.

Only provide records and connect systems you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to access another organization's information without permission.

Your service agreement

You contract with Timastra LLC under the customer service agreement [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/service-agreement.html]. It sets out eligibility, permitted use, customer data responsibilities, intellectual property, availability and support, termination, liability, disputes and applicable law. Where we process personal data for you, the data processing agreement [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/dpa.html] forms part of it. A separately signed order or agreement takes precedence where it says so.

Billing and closure

This is a software subscription for stock, purchasing and fulfillment records. The plan does not include inventory purchases, hardware, shipping or third-party service fees. Use the product's available signup or enquiry path to arrange access.

For purchases made through Paddle checkout, the Paddle entity named in your checkout and receipt is the merchant of record and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. See who sells the software [https://timastra.com/legal/releases/2026-10-04/documents/payments.html#who-sells].

Removing a member is different from closing a whole workspace. Archiving or suspending a workspace is not immediate deletion: archived organizations can be scheduled for later removal. Ask support to review personal information and workspace records separately.
