Timastra LLC operates Media Downloader. This notice covers the Android app, including optional Pro purchases. No Timastra account is required.

Your links and media

Media links, transfer history, local daily download usage and downloaded files stay in the app's private storage on your device. When you find media, load thumbnails, preview or download, the app contacts the source website and its media hosts. They receive your IP address, requested address and ordinary network request details under their own policies. Extraction runs on your device. The app does not import browser accounts or cookies, bypass access restrictions or upload downloaded files to Timastra.

Open, Share and Save a copy send a file to the destination or app you choose. That destination's policies then apply. Only access or download media you own or have permission to save.

Google Play and RevenueCat

Google Play processes optional monthly, yearly and lifetime Pro purchases. RevenueCat, our billing service provider, initializes when the app starts, including for free users. It processes an anonymous app purchase identifier, purchase and subscription history, entitlement status, product and transaction identifiers, and ordinary technical device and network information to complete, verify and restore purchases, prevent fraud and provide subscription analytics. Timastra can view purchase status in RevenueCat. Media links, thumbnails and downloaded files are not sent to RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

We do not use an advertising SDK, sell your personal data, or send subscriber attributes such as your name or email to RevenueCat. See RevenueCat's privacy notice and Google's privacy policy. These providers process information internationally, including in the United States, under their applicable safeguards.

Permissions and background work

Internet access is used for source media and purchase verification. Android may ask for notification permission to display transfer status; declining does not prevent downloading. Android background transfer services keep a user-requested download running where supported. The app does not request broad access to your photo library or shared storage. Save a copy uses Android's destination picker.

Retention and deletion

Use the app's file controls to remove individual downloads. Clear app storage or uninstall to remove installed local records and private files. Delete exported or shared copies separately. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription: manage renewal in Google Play. Google Play and RevenueCat retain purchase records as needed to administer or restore purchases and meet legal obligations. Deleting purchase data can affect restoration and does not erase records the store must retain.

For purchase-data access, correction or deletion, email support@timastra.com with Media Downloader, your app version and an order reference if relevant. Never send a password, purchase token or full card number. We verify ownership, explain any required retention and request deletion of records under our control where applicable. We cannot remotely erase media held only on your device.

Support and your rights

If you contact support, we receive your email, message and attachments and use them to answer your request. Send only what is necessary. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy, or complain to your local regulator. Contact us to exercise them. We use information to provide the app and purchases, respond to your requests, meet legal duties and protect the service.

Children and changes

This general-purpose utility is not directed at children. Source websites and Google Play have their own age and purchase requirements. We may update this notice when app behavior or providers change; the date above identifies the current notice.
